  I've done business with Steve Haase for twenty years and never had any problems with him or anyone at his office. They have always been very friendly, helpful and easy to work with. There are a couple other poor reviews here talking about "rudeness" but I would suggest you call his office and decide for yourself.

  Steve has been my agent off and on for 20 years. I started with him when I met my wife; but when we moved to Ohio I switched. However, when we moved back to Arizona, I happily returned, and I have stayed with him ever since. He and his staff have always helped me to discuss different insurance products, from premises liability, to life insurance, auto, home, and umbrella coverage. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

  Switching insurance agents today. These people are rude and short and have virtually no empathy. They told me the one communication they sent was "lost in the mail" and there was nothing they could do before canceling my account. Its understandable when that happens but I was calling to straighten it out, not be scolded by multiple people. They have actually done nothing for me.
