  This is from the owner of this location. Randi, I do remember you and remember the cigarette smell and commented that I smelled it as well. There are 2 gentleman that work the office and neither one of us smoke. Not sure about the cat piss smell. The woman yelling the prices was the office manager who by rights should have had you go to her office or come out. She does have a slight issue with walking so she should have at least had you go to her office. I apologize if in any way I seem to become irritated with you as that is not the way this office runs. Not sure why a gentleman outside would say not to go to the office as we have prepares with over 30 years of personal experience and are very knowledgeable. I'd also like to note that we have received awards for having a very high client retention . I'm very sorry you had a bad experience. Jim Keating

  I have gone to this place for years and years my whole family does..they are awesome. I will never go anywhere else in and out and with an awesome tax return :-) if you dont have a good experiance its probably because you have a bad attitude. :-)
