  I called Joan in great distress when my divorce that I was trying to handle with out an attorney was rejected by the court. At that time I was out of state and had no idea as to how to fix whatever it was that the court stated that I had done wrong in the papers I had turned in. I called Joan and she first calmed me down and told me all would be alright and it was going to be fixed. When I called her is was an emotional wreck and she helped me get myself back together so that she could help me get this done. I am so very appreciative of Joan's approach with handling me let alone with handling the rest of my divorce process. She was and continues to be of great comfort and help with this difficult time of my life. I would highly recommend Joan in any court process that may be needed. Thanks Joan, I so greatly appreciate all that you have done for me.

  I am so happy I found Joan! She helped me with my hearing for the restraining order that I served. I was very emotionally distraught and I had no idea what to expect in court, but she was very supportive and reassuring. Joan is honest and upfront and I couldn't have asked for a better attorney.
