- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I set an appointment to break a lease with a lawyer. David Brown red the document, pointed out that it said there's a buy out clause and that was it. Proceeded to ridicule me for not being more responsible and able to figure it out myself and asked why I wasted his time.
