- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I worked primarily with Nate Marino, and Jacob Greenberg. Wow what a truly amazing duo! First, and foremost, Nate from the very first day spent time explaining the entire process to me in extensive detail. As a first time home buyer with lots of questions, he answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the home buying process. House after house, he was always one phone call away running numbers to ensure I could qualify. Once I found the perfect place, he, and Jacob worked diligently to not only allow me to close early, but make the closing process, as smooth and painless as possible. It is safe to say, I couldn't have done this with anyone else but them. Nate, and Jacob, I am so grateful for all of the hard work you guys did, it never went unnoticed. We ran into a bump with FHA and she went above and beyond to keep things on track and we closed right on time. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Jonathan Garcia with Academy Mortgage has got to be the best in the business! I had no knowlegde of the mortgage process, and he walked me through every step. He made everything smooth and comfortable as can be. This day and age, customer service is usually dead. Not with Jonathan! He was emailing me quotes and prequals at 9:00pm on a Sunday night! (I did not expect an answer until the next day!) Always answered both calls and texts any time of day, was very knowlegable and had great insight! I would never go to anyone else.
